Over the past couple of months, ezispeak adopted new technologies which are now embedded across all facets of our operations, which were recently audited by Global Compliance Certification as part of our ISO 9001:2015 annual review.
The expansion of ezispeak’s ISO Certification now includes provision of technology support.
ezispeak offers a range of technology-based language solutions (SaaS) for clients who want to optimize or redesign their language services strategy.
Previously, the scope was limited to telephone interpreting however due to the expansion of services as well as our operational capacity, the scope of the Certification was upgraded to include technology support and inclusion of all forms of on-demand language services.
This is a huge accomplishment for the ezispeak team and a win for clients of ezispeak who can rest assured that they are working with an organisation that has an “appropriately defined and established QMS ISO9001:2015 system that demonstrates in depth knowledge of the organisation in relation to its market and type of operation”.
